At the scheduled appointment time –

1.   First Log in to Certification Hub from SAP Training Shop.

2.   Second Launch the exam from the Exam Appointments menu by clicking “Start Exam” from the Exam Appointments page.

3.   Lastly, the proctor will check the exam environment prior to releasing the exam.

No, the SAP exams are available online 24x7 and each exam is proctored remotely. Candidates can take exams from anywhere around the world with an Internet connection and a laptop/desktop computer with a webcam.

In case a candidate misses the SAP Certification exam appointment, and do not cancel or reschedule the exam within 24 hours prior to the exam time, the appointment will be regarded as an exam attempt. The appointment status will be marked as “No Show” by the proctor.

Candidates can cancel or reschedule the SAP exam in Certification Hub by using the calendar icon under the - Exam Appointments/Upcoming Appointments section. Candidates are required to cancel or reschedule their exam at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date and time. SAP reserves the right to deduct the exam attempt fees if a candidate does not cancel or reschedule their appointment within the stipulated time period.
