Thank you for choosing TestPrepTraining for your learning needs. We strive to provide a satisfying experience
for our users and ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
By purchasing a product from TestPrepTraining, you agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy (as
on this page). This policy applies to all individual users purchasing courses
and subscriptions. Please note that these terms do not apply to business
clients or organizations.
KINDLY NOTE
Purchases made during sales periods
such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, or any deals offering 40% or more
discounts, which are already associated with higher discounts and offers, are
non-refundable. Additionally, applying additional coupon codes during these
sales periods is not allowed.
Refund Policy for Video Courses and
Practice Tests:
If you are dissatisfied with our
video courses or practice tests, we are prepared to process refunds based on
the following terms:

refund must be initiated within 7 days after exam result AND not more than 6

- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment
method used for the purchase.
- Refunds
are subject to a 5% processing fee deduction.
Note - Even if
you have requested a refund in case of failure to pass the exam, your refund
will not be processed if you are unable to submit acceptable proof of failure
(such as an email from the vendor, scorecard, etc.).
How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund request, please
send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

Refund."

The reason for requesting a refund,
order details as applicable, and any other feedback.

Attach any relevant files (if
applicable).
Please note that all refunds and
cancellations will be processed within 15 business days after the request is
received and approved.
