The PMI-RMP certification is one of PMI’s fastest-growing certifications and will demonstrate your competence in all aspects of risk management, from risk strategic planning to analysis and risk monitoring.

In the Planning Risk Management section of this program, you will learn how to plan for risks on a project to make sure that when negative things do happen, we are ready for them. The Identifying Risk section covers the inputs you need to look at in order to identify risks and how to use several techniques, such as data analysis methods, SWOT analysis, assumption, and constraint analysis, to help you develop an effective risk register. In the Analyzing Risk section, we will examine the two risk analysis processes of the project risk management knowledge area, namely, performing qualitative risk analysis and performing quantitative risk analysis.

Finally, you will learn to plan risk responses, implement risk responses, and monitor risks. You will learn about some common risk response strategies and how to monitor and control risks as they occur. By the end of the course, you will be able to successfully complete the exam.
