Candidates can cancel an exam free of cost up to 3 business days before the scheduled time exam slot. Then, the candidate can sign up for a new exam date and apply the payment toward the new exam date.

The Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Entry-level Technician (PCCET) exam is a proctored third-party exam conducted by Pearson VUE. 

When your current PCCSA certification expires, you will be required to take and qualify for the new exam to recertify as a PCCET or take a higher-level exam.

Candidate can log in to the Certification Management System and review the “Certifications” section to check whether your certification is active or about to expire.
