About the Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®)

CBPP is one of three Business Process Management (BPM) professional certifications internationally established by BPM practitioners. The CBPP has been developed by and for BPM practitioners, and completion of the program demonstrates that you have achieved a standard of experience, education and commitment to professional development in the area of BPM.


Who should take the exam?

Project professionals are asked to create business cases for their organization. They could be business analysts, process analysts, project managers, or business staff.


Eligibility Requirement

  • 4 years minimum Business Process Experience
  • 6 months' credit for an Advanced Degree & Approved Industry Certifications e.g. PMI; IIBA

The Certification program is designed to promote competencies and expertise across the disciplines of business process management professionals.
