The exam can be cancelled or rescheduled in Certification Hub by working the calendar icon in the “Exam Appointments/Upcoming Appointments” section. This should be done at least 24 hours before the appointment date and time.

The exam can be taken up to 3 times. If one does not clear an exam after 3 attempts then, they will be necessitated to re-register for the next announcement of the exam. And, if they do not pass the following release after 3 tries then, they will not be qualified to retake the examination until the next version is released, usually within 1 year
