  2. Introducing AI Builder for Power Platform

Microsoft introduces AI Builder, offer low code artificial intelligence platform that supports the Power Platform. The AI Builder will be available for consumption on already existing data in the Common Data Service (CDS), along with the enterprise-grade datastore in the Power Platform. Moreover, AI Builder is the platform for providing a low-code user experience for every developer to create and customize their PowerApps and Flows.

We can access AI Builder from the navigation pane within the PowerApps Studio or the Microsoft Flow website. Also we can access all your AI models in a single pane under the AI Builder ‘Models’ tab, providing key information about each model upfront in a tabular format.

Key capabilities of AI Builder

We shall now discuss some of the key capabilities of an AI Builder –

Binary Classification

Some of the features of binary classification includes –

Binary Classification
  • Firstly, binary classification uses historical data for predicting whether new data falls into one of two categories.
  • Secondly, AI Builder binary classification is an AI model that predicts yes/no business outcomes by learning to associate historical data patterns with historical outcomes.
  • Next, the binary classification model detects learned patterns in new data to predict future outcomes.
  • Lastly, we use the binary classification AI model to explore any business question that is answered as one of two available options, like yes/no, true/false, pass/fail, and go/no go.
Text Classification

Some of the features of binary classification includes –

Text Classification
  • Firstly, text Classification tags any snippet of text based on the historical data you provide.
  • Secondly, text classification is one of the fundamental Natural Language Processing (NLP) problems.
  • Thirdly, it allows tagging of text entries with tags or labels which can be used for sentiment analysis, spam detection and routing customer requests.
  • Next, it can also be used as an input for other AI capabilities such as subscription user churn and predictive analysis.
Object Detection

Some of the features of object detection include –

Object detection
  • Firstly, Object Detection allows to count, locate, and identify selected objects within any image.
  • Secondly, the object detection model can use this model in PowerApps to extract information from pictures you take with the camera.
  • Next, Object detection can be used to expedite or automate business processes in multiple industries.
  • Lastly, object detection can be used to simplify inventory management, allowing retail leaders to focus on on-site customer relationship building.
