  • Thirdly, make use of the full screen: When you are presenting a dashboard, display it in full screen mode, without distractions.
  • Next, accent the most important information: This indicates that you must highlight or display important information by using visualization skills.
  • Then place all the information according to importance: You must put the highest level of data at the top left corner, and show more detail as you move in the direction the audience uses for reading.
  • Lastly, Use the right visualization for the data: You must focus on a simple graphic visualization and avoid visualization variety for the sake of variety.
