PowerApps Portals offer you the ability to build low-code, responsive websites that allow external users to interact with the data stored in the Common Data Service. Further, you will be able to create a new App type referred to as ‘Portal’ directly from PowerApps. Therefore, by using a simple, dedicated designer experience, you can create pixel-perfect websites which are custom branded and permits users to interact with data stored in the Common Data Service.

Microsoft has merged the capabilities offered by Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement portals to ensure that all the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement application portals benefit from the simplified low code.
