How to register for the examination?

Kryterion and ServiceNow collaborate on the Webassessor platform for exam registration. Our mainline tests are available at Kryterion Test Centers or can be taken remotely from any location while being watched over by a Kryterion proctor.

You must first create a Webassessor account and then link it to your Now Learning account in order to register for an exam. While taking the certification exam, ServiceNow does provide appropriate accommodations for people who need assistance or who speak English as a second language (ESL).

What is the exam retake policy?

The test can be retaken three times for an additional $100 each time if the applicant fails it.
