What is the C1000-124 IBM Cloud Advocate v1 exam?

How do we register for the examination?

You can register for the exam by following these procedures if you are going to take it.

  • Create a Pearson VUE account.
  • Log in to your account on Pearson VUE if you already have one.
  • Select Proctored Exams as well. After that, choose the exam code C1000-124. To register and make a payment, simply follow the directions.

If I fail the test, can I take the test again?

Yes. However, if you fail a proctored exam twice, you will need to wait 30 days (from the date of the first test) before retaking the exam.

Where can I find my Candidate Testing ID?

If you have ever taken an IBM Certification or Mastery Test, you have a Candidate Testing ID. You can find your Candidate Testing ID on any previous IBM Testing Score Report or emails from the IBM Professional Certification Program.

I do not have or do not know my Candidate Testing ID. Can I schedule an appointment without it?

If you do not have or do not know your Candidate Testing ID, you can create a profile with Pearson VUE and select the No, I do not have a Candidate Testing ID option.

What Payment types does Pearson VUE accept?

Pearson VUE accepts Master Card, VISA, American Express and JC Bas well as vouchers.

Can I pay for the exam at the test center?

Some Test centers allow you to schedule and pay for an exam. Please contact the test center directly to see if they provide this service.

I need a special testing accommodation for my test appointment, how do I request one?

You can request a special accommodation by sending an email to IBM at [email protected].

How will I get my score report?

You may access your score report by signing in to your account at www.pearsonvue.com/ibm using your username and password. When you take a test at a Pearson VUE Test Center, the test administrator will provide you with a printed score report before you leave the center.

How the exam scores are calculated?

After the completion of your exam, the points you earned on each question are totaled and then compared with the cut score to determine whether the result is pass or fail.

What are the languages available for the exam?

The exam is available in English language only.
