The Arcitura exam retake policy is as follows for all exams. This policy is applicable to tests that are taken at testing facilities, proctored online, or given by a Certified Trainer during private or open seminars.

- In order to retake an exam after failing it twice, you must wait 14 days.
- A 12-month term allows for a maximum of five exam retakes.
