The MSP® Practitioner certification by Axelos is pointed at project managers, business change managers (BCMs), and people operating within a Programme Office (PO) or in a professional or governance position. It shows the candidate’s capability to learn and apply the MSP principles, governance problems, and transformational flow methods when managing a program.

What is the format of the MSP® Practitioner Exam?

The Exam is available in the form of multiple-choice and multiple-response. 

What are the passing marks for the MSP® Practitioner Exam?

The candidate is required to obtain 42 marks required to pass– 60%. 

What are the requirements for applying for the MSP® Practitioner Exam?
Before sitting the Practitioner exam, the candidate must first pass MSP 5th Edition Foundation. There is no prerequisite for the MSP 5th Edition Foundation examination.

How long does my certification be valid?

The MSP Practitioner certificate will be valid for almost 3 years.

How do I join AXELOS?

To join My AXELOS, the candidate will need to establish an account on AXELOS.com. Once they have registered, they can subscribe and choose their membership subscription – My ITIL, My PRINCE2 or My MSP.

How much does the AXELOS subscription cost?

My AXELOS costs £50. The cost of a subscription for a second certification is £30 and just £20 for a third.

How do I renew my AXELOS subscription?

The candidate will receive an email reminder from AXELOS notifying them that their subscription is about to expire. They will be asked to make an online payment by logging in to your AXELOS.com user account.

What is the Successful Candidate Register (SCR)?

AXELOS’ Successful Candidates Register (SCR) provides details of any candidates who have previously passed an AXELOS examination and have opted in to have their details displayed. The AXELOS’ system uses the register to cross-reference and verify candidates’ certifications before adding these to their profile.

How can I prepare for the MSP® Practitioner Exam?
