Two opportunities will be given to the applicant to take the English and civics tests and to answer all questions relating to naturalization application in English. If the applicant fails any of the tests at his/her initial interview, s/he will be retested on the portion of the test that one failed (English or civics) days from the date of their initial interview between 60 and 90.
