You can reschedule your exam from the My Assessments tab in Webassessor. You will have to send the reschedule request 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. If the request is made in less than the assigned time, then the candidate must either take the exam or forfeit their registration fee.
What happens if I accidentally sign up for an online proctored Mainline exam instead of an onsite proctored Mainline exam? Can I cancel my exam and use my voucher code again?
You will have to first cancel the scheduled online (or onsite) proctored exam. Then you can use the originally issued voucher code and register for the onsite (or online) proctored exam. However, you may have to pay some Transaction Fee, depending on when you scheduled your exam.
