The ITIL 4 Foundation certification exam is designed as an introduction to ITIL 4 that enables candidates to look at IT service management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery, and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services. The certification can help IT professionals or others working within an organization that has adopted ITIL.

Exam Format

The ITIL 4 Foundation exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions. And, the candidate must complete the ITIL examination within 60 minutes. In addition, candidates must achieve 65% and above to qualify the same.  Also, view the table below for more information. There are two routes to obtain the ITIL Foundation Certification –
