Assessment of Examination

The examination is conducted by a method that makes use of an automatic grading key (such as a multiple-choice exam), the assessment takes place with the aid of the computer software. EXIN establishes the number of points to be awarded on the basis of the assessment.

Retake policy

How will you get you results?

  • If you have taken your exam through EXIN Anywhere, your temporary result will be provided immediately. EXIN will provide your final result within two weeks.
  • If you have taken your exam with Accredited Partners, all the documents regarding the exam will first need to be returned to EXIN for processing. EXIN provide you with the final result within 3 days after receiving the required documents from Accredited Partner.
  • Your final result can only be provided when you have confirmed your personal details. If you have not received an email requesting confirmation, please contact EXIN. The email will then be (re)sent to you.
  • After you have confirmed your details and they have been checked by EXIN, you will receive an email stating that your results are available in your Candidate Portal.

Rescheduling Policy

With EXIN there are 3 different ways to take your exam:

  • Accredited Exam Organization
    • You must contact the exam organisation directly if you are unable to take your planned exam because it is booked and organised via them. They will be able to provide you with information on cancellation and rescheduling alternatives.
  • EXIN Anywhere Video Recorded exam
    • After you place your order, your EXIN Anywhere Video Recorded test will be available for 21 days. Within these 21 days, you are not required to plan for a certain date or time. You are free to take the exam whenever it is convenient for you. As a result, only order your test if you are positive you will be able to complete it within the following 21 days.
  • EXIN Anywhere Live Proctored exam
    • After you place your order, your EXIN Anywhere Live Proctored test will be available for 21 days. You can reschedule your test up to 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place if you have previously scheduled it but are unable to attend. Please keep in mind that the rescheduled exam date must fall within the first 21 days of availability.
      • Go to the invitation email you received and click on the link to your exam to manage your appointment. Click on ‘Change Appointment’.
