Exam Retake Policy for the Candidates
The official Arcitura exam retakes policy for all exams is as follows. This policy applies to exams taken at testing centers, through online proctoring, and/or by a Certified Trainer at private or public workshops.
- If you fail an exam the first time, you must wait 24 hours before retaking it.
- If you fail an exam a second time, you must wait 14 days before retaking it.
- In a 12-month period, you may retake an exam a maximum of five times.
