The disciplined Agile Coach (DAC) Exam has been built to assess and increase your Disciplined Agile® knowledge and experience. It assist organizations in achieving true agility by coaching teams across the enterprise on how to apply Disciplined Agile and select their best working style.

Three years of agile coaching experience and the Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) certification are required for the DAC certification, which ensures in-depth knowledge of the DA toolkit. Candidates must first complete a PMI Authorized Training Provider’s virtual two-day instructor-led DAC course (ATP). Following completion of the DAC course, all candidates gain access to the exclusive DAC Community of Practice (CoP) for ongoing learning, knowledge sharing, and exam preparation. Candidates are eligible to schedule and take the exam immediately after completing the DAC course, with the first exam attempt included in the course fee.

Up to three exam attempts are permitted within a 12-month period beginning with the date of course completion. Exam Details

The DAC exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions. The DAC exam does not include any pretest questions. All questions are distributed at random throughout the examination. The course instructor and the DAC Community of Practice created a one-of-a-kind case study to supplement the DAC course content, which was made available to all candidates. Each domain of the DAC examination blueprint contains questions that correspond to the DAC case study.
